• A Reseller application is subject to approval by Ellison.
• Submitting a Reseller application does not guarantee Reseller pricing.
• Ellison will not begin processing a Reseller application until Ellison receives all government-required, Reseller business, tax and resale licenses and/or certificates.
• Ellison applies minimum order requirements to Reseller accounts.
• Ellison varies its minimum order requirements based on account type and country where Reseller is domiciled.
• Ellison may not process a Reseller application where Ellison uses distributors. Instead, Ellison may forward the Reseller applicant’s contact information to the distributor(s) located where Reseller applicant is domiciled.
