  1. I am an existing customer how do I log in?
    You can log in with the email address your order confirmations go to as your user name. You will need to set your password using your customer number for verification. The customer number can be found in the upper right corner of either address field on your invoices or contact us for more information.
  2. I am located outside the U.S. do you accept international dealers?
    We have distribution available in many countries as well as an office located in the United Kingdom. Please visit our distributor locator  for a location near you. We do accept international dealers in areas where no distribution is available. Please feel free to fill our wholesale application available through the "My Account" tab.
  3. I am an online retailer and I would like to link to your website, is that possible?
    The website is currently password protected not allowing our online retailers to link directly to the site for consumer viewing. We are working diligently to grow our website and support features and will be making many changes over the next few months. Feel free to contact us with any feedback.
  4. How do I qualify for wholesale?
    Simply click on  "My Account" and select the Retailer Application tab and fill out the application online. It's that easy!
